His team focuses on understanding enterprise customer needs and creating IT hosting offerings that deliver Fanatical Support. Prior to joining Rackspace, Chris was a Senior Manager and Strategist at Dell where he held several positions over 13 years responsible for Product Management and development of Dell's corporate products and services.
